Brendan Langley was drafted by the Denver Broncos at the tail end of the third round in the 2017 NFL Draft. He switched from wide receiver to cornerback late in his college career, so the team drafted him knowing he would be a work in progress.
Unfortunately, he was pressed into service early due to injury and suspension. The results were mostly bad as the rookie was beaten early and often in coverage. He has elite athleticism, but still needs another year or two before he’s ready for significant action.
