Adam Gotsis has arthroscopic knee surgery, will be back for training camp

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- Denver Broncos defensive end Adam Gotsis had arthroscopic surgery on his right knee Thursday, but is expected to be ready to play when training camp opens in July.

Gotsis, who had participated fully in all of the team's offseason work, was absent for the last day of the Broncos's on-field practices. The Broncos’ medical staff elected to do the procedure in an effort to locate the source of pain Gotsis had experienced in the knee.

The latest injury is not to the same knee Gotsis injured in his final season at Georgia Tech, when he tore his left ACL.
