After the Denver Broncos snapped their eight-game losing streak with two consecutive wins the hot seat head coach Vance Joseph was sitting in seemed to get significantly cooler. Then the Broncos lost again last week and several members of the national media began suggesting he is again coaching for his job on the final week of the 2017 regular season.
At 5-10, it makes sense that his job wouldn’t be safe heading into Week 17.
Both national writers, Albert Breer and Mike Florio used similar language in their posts that a “bad loss” or if the Broncos aren’t “at least mildly competitive”, Joseph could face the unemployment line come Monday.
