It stands to be an eventful few days when NFL owners gather this weekend at a Phoenix-area resort for this year’s annual league meetings, officially beginning Monday.
The owners are tentatively scheduled to vote on the Raiders’ proposed move from Oakland to Las Vegas. They are to consider a series of rule-change proposals made by the NFL’s competition committee and by individual teams. Coaches will meet with media members over breakfast Tuesday and Wednesday.
