If he retires after the Broncos' Super Bowl 50 showdown with the Carolina Panthers as reports suggest he will, his final game will be just a month and a half before his 40th birthday.
Manning made his collegiate mark at the University of Tennessee, taking home multiple awards including a Consensus All-American nomination, a Maxwell Award and a Davey O'Brien award. Manning played 13 season in Indianapolis, winning one Super Bowl and taking MVP honors in the team's triumph over the Chicago Bears. A neck injury sidelined in 2011, and he ultimately signed on with the Denver Broncos prior to the 2012 season after completing his recovery.
