The Vegas odds for the first 16 weeks of the NFL season are out, and it's time to take a look at how Vegas thinks the Denver Broncos will fare in the 2017 season. The Broncos missed the playoffs last year, but not by much. The hope is that better QB play and some roster upgrades will be enough to change the outcome in 2017.
The odds for Week 17 are not out yet, because of the tendency for team to bench players, so that week isn't counted. With that in mind, here is the point spread for each Broncos' game in 2017.
Week 1: vs. Los Angeles Chargers
Broncos favored by 4
Week 2: vs. Dallas Cowboys
No spread - Pick 'Em
Week 3: at Buffalo Bills
Bills favored by 1
Week 4: vs. Oakland Raiders

Week 5: BYE
Week 6: vs. New York Giants

Week 13: at Miami Dolphins
Dolphins favored by 1
Week 14: vs. New York Jets

Week 15: at Indianapolis Colts

Week 16: at Washington Redskins

Week 17: vs. Kansas City Chiefs
N/A
The Broncos are projected to pick up just five wins by Vegas, which seems very low even with a pair of pick 'ems and Week 17. The road games are the real problem for Denver according to Vegas: they aren't favored in a single one. Most of the spreads are close, but Vegas isn't feeling quite ready to buy the Broncos. If Paxton Lynch or Trevor Siemian can increase the QB play from last year, perhaps Denver can exceed the Vegas expectations.
