Tim Tebow, the man who led the entire Denver Broncos to the AFC West title along with divisional rounds of playoff in 2011 has been missing a job since he was released last April by the New York Jets. Reports say that the New England Patriots team will sign the ex Broncos player and ex quarterback of the Jets and that he will already participate in their minicamp within the week.
What many thought first was that New York would have gotten hold of Tebow to become a wildcat quarterback and even a short yardage specialist. This was after getting him through a trade with the Denver Broncos before the 2012 season. But this did not happen at all.
New York may have tried to trade Tebow at the beginning of the season but the market did not exist at all. This made most believe that his last days in the NFL field were done. But with this breaking news, it seems that one more chapter for his career is yet to start.
If Tim Tebow truly makes it to the final roster of the Patriots, then New England can’t misuse him any worse than what the Jets did in the past.
