In today's edition of Broncos news, former starting right tackle Orlando Franklin will be playing left guard for the Denver Broncos come the start of the 2014 NFL season.
Per Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk, "Orlando Franklin started 15 regular season games and all three postseason contests at right tackle, but he spent the first day of the team’s offseason workouts getting a handle on a different position."
That position is left guard -- a switch which Franklin seems to be ready and willing to make --
Left guard, excited to learn and improve this offseason. I will give it my all

The starting left guard spot for the Broncos opened with the departure of Zane Beadles to free agency. According to Alper, Chris Clark should be the favorite take over for Franklin at right tackle.
The Broncos also could look to draft a guard or two in May's NFL Draft, especially if they decided that competition will be in both Franklin's best interest and the best interest of the team.
