CHESTER, Pa. — As the U.S. men’s national soccer team continues rebuilding after the failure to qualify for the World Cup, interim coach Dave Sarachan selected a young lineup, including four teenagers, for Monday’s friendly against Bolivia at Talen Energy Stadium (6:55 p.m. ET kickoff, FS1, UniMas).
The group includes Christian Pulisic (age 19), Weston McKennie (19), Tim Weah (18) and Josh Sargent (18).
Sargent is among four players making the senior debut, joining goalkeeper Alex Bono (24) and defenders Erik Palmer-Brown (21) and Antonee Robinson (20). Two available subs are also seeking to make their first appearance: defender Matt Olosunde (20) and midfielder Keaton Parks (20).
