D.C. United couldn’t have asked for a worse start in either half against the New England Revolution on Saturday evening. United conceded a goal to start each half, but thanks to goals from Jared Jeffrey and Sebastien Le Toux, United got out of Gillette Stadium with a point, in a 2-2 draw with the Revolution.
Lee Nguyen opened the scoring for the Revolution in the 5th minute, against a much different starting 11 for United than the team that lost 2-0 to the New York Red Bulls last weekend.
