Roma stun Barcelona, Chivas and Toronto advance in CCL, and more: Freedom Kicks for April 11, 2018

Happy Wednesday folks. Yesterday, soccer news kept coming and coming, so let’s recap some of what happened on a wild day:

AS Roma was down to FC Barcelona 4-1 entering the second leg in Rome. Still, Roma had the away goal and had a chance. They pulled off the unthinkable, winning 3-0 to have a 4-4 aggregate against Barca and advance on away goals. Liverpool joins them in the Champions League semifinals, where they await the winners of Juventus-Real Madrid and Sevilla-Bayern Munich.
