Following the stated interest in D.C. United midfielder Luciano Acosta from Paris Saint-Germain (and a rumored tire kicking by England club Manchester United), now comes word that Acosta’s representatives have begun talks with Turkish club Fenerbahce, Acosta had previously been mentioned as a list of targets for the club, however this appears to have escalated, going so far to say that discussions have been moving positively.
