Following Wednesday’s player strikes across much of the U.S. sporting landscape in protest of continued police brutality against Black people nationwide, United and Philly have indicated that they plan on playing tonight’s match, which will take place in an eerily empty Subaru Park due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
