Crystal Dunn and Allie Long scored two goals each Thursday as the U.S. women’s national soccer team ended a two-game losing skid by defeating Russia, 4-0, in a friendly at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Tex. The result came a month after the second-ranked Americans finished last in the four-team SheBelieves Cup. Russia, ranked No. 25, is preparing for this summer’s European Championship.
The sides will meet again Sunday at Houston’s BBVA Compass Stadium (2 p.m. ET, ESPN, WatchESPN, ESPN3.com).
