Happy Tuesday, folks. I’m subbing in for Leanne today and there was some pretty interesting stories yesterday, so let’s jump into it:
Kyle Martino has thrown his hat into the ring in the race for U.S. Soccer president. While he seeks the office, he will step away from his analyst job at NBC Sports. Martino joins a growing list of candidates for the U.S. Soccer presidency.
The New England Revolution have apparently zeroed in on Brad Friedel in their search for a new head coach. The current U-19 MNT coach and Fox Sports color commentator doesn’t have a lot of experience but would be an interesting choice for the Revs.
