One step closer.
The progress on D.C. United's new stadium continues ever forward, with the team and the city holding a ceremonial demolition of a building on the property. The event included Mayor Muriel Bowser, D.C. United players and staff, and some fans and members of the public. The District is continuing to clear and prepare the land for United, who hope to receive it to start construction on the new stadium in September.
