AUSTIN — Christian Pulisic has enjoyed many gratifying stretches during his still-evolving soccer career, but nothing has compared to what he has done with AC Milan early this season.
The 26-year-old American has scored in four consecutive Serie A matches and five of the past six, and also scored against Liverpool in the UEFA Champions League. Toss in an earlier Milan goal and one for the U.S. men’s national team last month, and his 10-game, seven-goal portfolio rivals that of Erling Haaland, Manchester City’s unstoppable striker.
