US U-17 head coach John Hackworth has announced his roster for the 2017 CONCACAF Championship, which also doubles as the qualifiers for the U-17 World Cup to be held later this year in India. Unsurprisingly, D.C. United midfielder Chris Durkin has made the roster. He will be with the youth national team from April 21 through May 7, which means that he could miss up to the next three D.C. United games.
The US U-17s open against Jamaica on April 23, before playing Mexico on April 26 and closing out the group with El Salvador on April 29.
