The Texas Stars have recalled Yauheni Aksiantsiuk from Idaho. The Belarusian forward will join the team in Laval for their pair of games against the Rocket.
Aksiantsiuk has yet to play a game in the AHL but has been lighting up the ECHL, leading the Steelheads in both goals and points at 8-7=15. One thing that seemed to be missing this past weekend for Texas was some kind of jump or energy boost for the club. Aksiantsiuk could be that player.

Forward Yauheni Aksiantsiuk has been recalled by the Dallas Stars to the Texas Stars for his first recall of the season, Idaho Steelheads Head Coach & Director of Hockey Operations Everett Sheen announced on Monday.
