The Stars' general manager has a lot to consider, because the position might be among the most important on his team. Ben Bishop is entering the second year of his six-year contract and is just 31, so he is your No. 1 goalie for the foreseeable future. However, he has a history of injuries, and that reared its head at just the wrong time this season.
Now, Bishop hates when you bring up injuries. He says he also has had long stretches of healthy play and that some of his injuries have been total flukes.
