WINNIPEG, Manitoba -- Stars forward Tyler Pitlick originally set his target return date from left wrist surgery as April 2 against Philadelphia, but he hopes that he could see action during the Stars' current four-game road trip through Western Canada.
"That's the goal, but maybe I'll push the goal if I'm feeling good," Pitlick said. "We'll see."
For the first time since he underwent surgery yon Feb. 6 to repair a displaced tendon, Pitlick joined the Stars on the road to test out his wrist. He participated in morning skate on Monday in Winnipeg, but still needs time to get game ready before joining Dallas' playoff push.
