DETROIT -- The Stars have had an unusual goalie rotation this year, using Kari Lehtonen more on the road and Ben Bishop more at home, and there's good reason for that.
Bishop is 15-5-1 at home with a 2.01 GAA and .932 save percentage, while Lehtonen is 5-4-1 on the road with a 2.28 GAA and .917 save percentage.
But Stars coach Ken Hitchcock said after using Bishop for 11 straight starts that ended when Lehtonen took a 3-2 OT win in Boston Monday, that they'll likely begin spreading out the starts a little more.
"We've got the luxury, and we've got to start using it right now," Hitchcock said.
