The hits keep coming for the Texas Stars as Rhett Gardner has been recalled to the NHL this morning. Dallas lost Andrew Cogliano during last night's game in Calgary. With the quick turnaround to Vancouver tonight, Dallas calls on Gardner.
Texas will be down to exactly 12 forwards with the recall and will likely make a call of their own to Idaho, especially as they continue on the road in Toronto this weekend. Idaho is enroute to Kansas for a grueling 3-in-3 across three different cities in the Central Time Zone. Wichita kicks it off on Friday before games in Tulsa and Allen on Saturday and Sunday.
