Adam Mascherin's second period rebound goal would be the only one Texas could muster in a 2-1 overtime defeat at the hands of the San Antonio Rampage. The two teams faced off last night as well in Cedar Park with Texas earning two points. On the weekend, the loss gave Texas three of a possible four, but it was definitely less than ideal to give those extra points away to a divisional foe.
Landon Bow took the loss in the contest, stopping 26 of 28 shots against him. Texas was perfect on the PK (4/4) but so was San Antonio, stopping both power play contests in the relatively low penalty game.
