The Dallas Stars continued to make headlines today, now having traded forward Jason Dickinson to the Vancouver Canucks for a third round pick in the 2021 NHL Entry Draft:
Dickinson was originally selected by Dallas 29th overall in the 2013 NHL Draft, a pick they had obtained from the Boston Bruins as part of a deal that sent Jaromir Jagr to the Bruins at the trade deadline. Dickinson was Jim Nill’s second draft pick as General Manager for Dallas, and has been a regular in the forward lineup for the past three seasons.
