CEDAR PARK, TX - The Texas Stars got goals from 7 different players and points from fourteen skaters total, while goalie Adam Scheel quietly turned-away 35 shots to lead Texas to a much-needed 7-1 win over the Charlotte Checkers (Florida Panthers AND Seattle Kraken affiliate) Wednesday night in front of 5,726 electric fans at the H.E.B. Center at Cedar Park.
For the second time in as many nights the Stars got the scoring started early when just over a minute into the game Marian Studenic, the newest Star to don the Victory Green took a Ty Dellandrea feed and found the back of the net to give Texas a 1-0 lead, to match Tuesday's start.
