CHICAGO -- The Stars really might be jinxed this season.
There is plenty of evidence out there, but Thursday's loss to the Chicago Blackhawks might be Exhibit A.
Dallas outshot the hottest team in the league, 46-26, dominated possession time and still found a way to lose 3-2 in a shootout.
Ales Hemsky had two goals and five Dallas players had four or more shots on goal, but Corey Crawford had a fantastic game in net for Chicago, including some big saves in overtime. In the end, that was enough for Chicago to sweep the season series against the Stars and move to 48-20-6 (18-3-1 in their last 22 games).
