The NHL trade deadline is more than a month away, but the Dallas Stars have already pulled the trigger on a deal: the Anaheim Ducks are sending 12-year veteran left winger Andrew Cogliano to Dallas for Devin Shore.
Shore was in his fourth season with the Stars. After appearing in just three games in the 2015-16 season, he appeared in all 82 games the previous two seasons. Cogliano was in the middle of his eighth season with the Ducks.
