Record broken: Ben Bishop passes Ed Belfour, now owns longest shutout streak in Dallas Stars history

Ben Bishop stands alone in the Dallas Stars' history book.

Midway through the first period of Thursday night's game against the Minnesota Wild, Bishop's scoreless streak in net became the longest in franchise history.

He surpassed Ed Belfour's run of 219 minutes, 26 seconds set in November, 2000.
