DENVER _ It's easy to forget during these hectic times that the Stars are still a piece of clay being pulled and prodded, molded and sculpted.
They're probably somewhere between Gumby and those creatures Tim Burton puts in his movies _ nowhere near a masterpiece yet.
But games like Thursday's 4-3 overtime win against Colorado go a long way in forming this team, and also go a long way in telling us how far they have to go.
