NHL free agency grades: After offseason splash, expert says Stars may have their best team since winning 1999 Stanley Cup

When NHL free agency officially opened on July 1, the Stars wasted no time making their summer moves.

The Stars signed Corey Perry and Andrej Sekera to one-year deals, and prized free agent Joe Pavelski to a three-year deal, adding much-needed depth to their roster.
