VANCOUVER, B.C. -- On one hand, the Stars are coming off of their worst game of the season - a 7-1 embarrassment at the hands of the Edmonton Oilers Tuesday night
On the other hand, this team is 11-0-1 in its past 12 meetings with the Vancouver Canucks.
It is a balancing act for the Stars every night, and in getting outscored 17-4 in their past three games, the toppling has come with relative ease. So as they regrouped Wednesday to get ready for back-to-back games Thursday at Vancouver and Friday at Calgary, the team was searching for a little bit of good.
