The Dallas Stars announced this morning that they have signed Joel L'Esperance to a two-year, two-way deal. He was qualified a few days ago by the club, which owned his exclusive negotiating rights as he was a restricted free agent. L'Esperance was part of the Return to Play training camp but was not selected for the Stars's bubble roster in Edmonton.
