While the Vegas Golden Knights do their real expansion drafting and assemble their team over the next three days, fans can sit and make their own guesses as to who will end up on the roster of the newest desert team. General managers of the other 30 teams in the league will be trying to cut deals with Vegas: either to lay off a player they left exposed, or to poach some talent from a team and flipping them in a second deal to them.
