On the good side, the Stars dispatched the Washington Capitals, 4-3, Saturday night, handing the best team in the NHL only its 10th regulation loss of the season.
On the bad side, the Stars had to hang on during a frantic third period for the third consecutive game and may have lost Tyler Seguin and Cody Eakin to injury.
Seguin left with 2:51 remaining in the game, was cut on the arm and had to get "sewn up," Stars coach Lindy Ruff said.
