Jim Montgomery better get ready for the "process" jokes.
The man who is scheduled to be announced as the next head coach of the Stars on Friday has built his collegiate success on a system that he titles "The Process." That should draw plenty of comparisons to Cowboys coach Jason Garrett, who uses the word a great deal and even is referred to as "Coach Process" in some circles.
But what might be more important than the word is the learning behind the nomenclature. Montgomery has seen a lot of hockey at a lot of different levels, and he's used that experience to build his approach to the game.
