Thank you, Vancouver Canucks. With the Dallas Stars and Vegas Golden Knights chasing the wild card spots in the Western Conference, it’s nice to watch a Vegas loss.
Now, for the Stars. They’ve got a chance tonight to jump out to a three-point lead over Vegas in the standings. Remember, too, Dallas still has three games in hand. That’s huge. But imagine what it will feel like to have two games in hand and be up three points on Vegas.
Now, that’s easier said than done. Tonight’s opponent, the Toronto Maple Leafs, has the MVP favorite and a team that has 96 points on the season.
