The Dallas Stars were busy at practice on Monday getting themselves ready for a matchup with the Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday night.
This game is coming on the heels of a pitiful 6-3 loss suffered by Dallas at the hands of Colorado on Saturday night. The Stars jumped out to an early 3-1 lead, but resorted to their 2014-2015 style of play and the Avalanche took control.
At Monday morning’s practice, the Dallas Stars practiced a different offensive set for the first time since the season opener. On October 8th, the Stars offense lined up as follows:

Antoine Roussel – Jason Spezza – Patrick Sharp

Travis Moen – Vernon Fiddler – Valeri Nichushkin/Colton Sceviour
The defensive pairings remained the same, and Kari Lehtonen is the presumed starter for Tuesday night.
