The Dallas Stars maintained home ice advantage by winning both of the first two games of round one. That included a 2-1 regulation win over the Minnesota Wild tonight that highlighted Dallas’ skills.
The Stars will head to St. Paul Minnesota to take on the Wild in Game 3 Monday night.
Antoine Roussel opened the scoring midway through the second frame as he guided the puck with his foot, propelling it up and over the net. It then hit Minnesota’s Devan Dubnyk in the back and crossed the line completely to put the Stars up 1-0.
