The Dallas Stars skated early on Thursday morning in order that the players and coaches could get home in time for Thanksgiving lunch/dinner.
But even with the holiday on full blast, the Stars were still making some crucial decisions and movements. That they did, and as a result the Stars will have a new look to their lineup come Friday night against the Vancouver Canucks.
GM Jim Nill announced that the Dallas Stars officially placed goaltender Kari Lehtonen on IR retroactive to November 24th. In response to the injury, the Stars called up goaltender Jack Campbell and defenseman Patrik Nemeth.
