The Stars second-round pick from 2012 rampaged through the AHL in the month of October and was rewarded for his efforts on Tuesday.
Another Dallas Stars player picked up a big monthly honor this week on Tuesday, this time the recently-called-up Devin Shore being named the AHL's player of the month for October.
Shore had eight goals, three assists and 11 points in the Texas Stars nine games before being recalled to Dallas to start November. The Texas Stars are 7-2-0-1 to start the season and are as dangerous offensively as their big brothers in the NHL.
