Of course, most Dallas Stars fans (and NHL fans in general) just want it to be October already, but there’s still one more pre-season game to go before the points start to matter.
The most noteworthy thing about tonight’s game was Landon Bow, who played the whole game. Bow is jockeying for position in the Stars’ goaltending depth, and he’s had a great camp and pre-season so far.
Bow split starts with Mike McKenna last year in the AHL and he’ll be headed down there again before the season starts, but he could very well be the first call-up if the Stars need it.
