Dallas Stars Daily Links: Stars Play Their “Best 60 Minutes” in 5-1 Win Over Sabres

The Dallas Stars scored early and often in last night’s 5-1 win over the Buffalo Sabres. Even with another Tyler Seguin score on the power play, the biggest story was the secondary scoring:

"Hard working players got rewarded for their hard work today," Hitchcock said. "That's what changed dramatically. Guys that have worked really hard that have been snake bit all the first part of this year, hadn't scored, all of the sudden they're feeling good about themselves and they're contributing. The whole bench was excited."

John Klingberg didn’t hesitate to name this the Stars’ best game of the season to date:

"I felt like that was a really good team game, probably the best 60 minutes we played so far this year," said defenseman John Klingberg, who netted three assists on the night.
