Mike Heika leads his latest Dallas Stars story with an anecdote about Roope Hintz and his faceoff percentage. After going one-for-14 in Game 2 against the Nashville Predators, he came back to Dallas and sought help from assistant coach Stu Barnes.
In Games 3 and 4, Hintz has gone 15-for-29. It’s a mini-metric that encapsulates the Finnish forward’s season, Heika writes:
