The Dallas Stars have been stumbling to the finish line and have seemingly run out of steam following that hard loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins earlier in the month. They haven’t been the same since. Tomorrow, they conclude their regular season in Nashville, where a win would give them at least some momentum heading into a challenging first-round match-up against the Colorado Avalanche.
It remains to be seen who head coach Pete DeBoer plays, and/or for how long, but attention for this team has definitely shifted to Saturday ever since they were officially eliminated from winning the Western Conference.
