We are about a week into a Tyler Seguin-less lineup, where the Dallas Stars have gone 2-2. Needless to say, there has been a lot of discussion as to what the plan is now that we have lost one of our leading goal-scorers for at least the remainder of the regular season. The assumption is that Seguin will be placed on Long-Term Injured Reserve (LTIR), which would free up $9.85 million in cap space prior to the trade deadline for GM Jim Nill to work with.
