When you hear the name Tom Gaglardi, you’re likely in one of two camps: you’ve either never heard of him, or you know he’s the owner of the Dallas Stars. For those that only know him as owner of the Stars, he is also a restaurant entrepreneur who currently owns the well-known Moxie’s Restaurants (for those that live in the DFW area) — and the Canadian chain Craft Restaurant & Beer Market, which will be opening doors in Dallas next year.
This is exciting news for DFW, especially if you are a foodie or beverage enthusiast, as Craft will house over 100 beers on tap — while also offering a slew of wine, cocktail and soda, yes soda options (for our under 21 crowd here), along with a wide array of food choices.
