The offseason is nearing its end, and that means hockey is within reach. In one month and one day, the World Cup of Hockey kicks off in Toronto and hockey is officially back.
This season is promising to be a thrilling one, especially for the Dallas Stars. After winning the Central Division with a stunning record of 50-23-9 with 109 points, the Stars made a sturdy charge through the postseason before being knocked out in seven games in the second round.
Some significant changes occurred over this past offseason that could either significantly hurt or help the Stars in 2016-17.
