Just five days ago, Sean Chisholm was in college playing in the ECAC Semifinals for the Dartmouth Big Green in Lake Placid, New York. Fast forward, the former Big Green captain traded his Dartmouth green for Texas Stars green, signing his first professional contact yesterday.
With the ink still drying on the contract, Chisholm was primed and ready to make his professional debut against division rivals, the Grand Rapids Griffins Wednesday night. Scoring what ultimately was the game-winning goal, Chisholm claimed the game's third star as Texas shutout the Griffins, 4-0.
The game was fully in hand for the Stars as they headed into the final period, holding a firm 3-0 lead over the Griffins.
