The American Hockey League and Professional Hockey Players Association announced this morning that they have reached an agreement on a new collective barginaing agreement and both parties have ratfied it with 'overwhleming' support'.
The AHL was in limbo just a bit with no CBA, the agreement that governs the working relationship between the league, teams, and its players. The prior agreement expired this summer. The new deal is good until 2019.
